Holiday Return Policy
Effective on purchases made between 11/04/19 and 12/25/19. Purchases made before November 4th, please refer to our usual return policy.
Returns on non-final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Online orders must be postmarked back to us before January 6th. In store credit will be offered until January 13th. After that date, items can not be returned or exchanged.
Store credits will be sent to the email provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit as they sometimes go there.
clearance items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for store credits or size exchanges. Any clearance items will be sent back marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and must have original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs. Shoes must be retuned in their original box inside of another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. Please do not put the shipping label on the outside of the box or tape the box shut.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.
