At this time, Mint does not offer full return for items bought through the online store. We will honor a 15 day exchange only policy if you are not happy with the unworn/unaltered merchandise. Items may be exchanged or customer given store credit up to 15 days after the DATE OF PURCHASE.
You may not exchange: Sale/Clearance items, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, Bathing Suites, and Gift Certificates.
All Merchandise must be returned to us unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If the clothing you are returning has been tried on and has make up on them, you WILL NOT be able to exchange your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
