To start your return process, got to our RETURN PORTAL

  • NO refunds. NO exchanges.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.

Return Policy

At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. We are so sorry, but there is a high demand for certain products and our inventory moves fast.

You may return your items for store credit only. Within 14 days! All items being returned must have tags attached and unworn. Perfect condition. No makeup or deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn, no damage to bottom of shoes. Must have original receipt for return.

What can NOT be returned? 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason: 
Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more
Sale Items
Jewelry***
Swimwear
Sunnies/Eyewear
Hair Accessories
Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates***

Return Process

You must complete the return form found in the Re:Do RETURNS PORTAL before mailing back your items.

Place the original invoice that was sent with your order inside mailer. Print return label from the return portal. Take your package to local post office...Send it to us!

We will notify you via email when we receive your return. At that time, if the return is approved, we will issue you a custom gift card that will be emailed to the email address on file.

*Remember: You are responsible for return shipping if you didn't checkout with Re:Do.

Check out with the $1.98 Re:Do product for FREE unlimited returns for store credit on your order if needed and send back for FREE if it doesn't work. Only applies to online orders.

Didn't checkout with Re:Do? You will still return like normal through the RETURNS PORTAL and purchase a label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money.

Betsy Pittard Designs Repairs 

You are welcome to bring to us and we will send to BPD to have repaired. However, there will be a significant delay in receiving your repaired item. It is much easier and faster if you email BPD directly at betsy@betsypittarddesigns.com.
